CANCELLATIONS

If you must cancel for any reason please notify us via email at cancellations@persontyle.com. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations received at least 12 days prior the class, and may take up to 14 days to process.  Please note that all refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee. In the event that Persontyle must cancel a training class due to lack of attendance, your refund will be processed in full (no processing fee will be charged) or you can use a credit towards another future training.

SUBSTITUTIONS

If you are unable to attend, you can substitute another attendee in lieu of cancellation.  To substitute an attendee, please contact the Persontyle training team at cancellations@persontyle.com

RESCHEDULING

If a rescheduling is requested more than 14 days before a class is to be held, no penalty will be assessed and a participant may elect to take the class at a later date at the same or another location.  No guarantees can be made as to when the next possible session the student can attend might be.  Such rescheduling can be done only twice without incurring penalties. If a rescheduling is requested within the 14 day window before the class, the student will be assessed a 50 percent penalty fee, to be paid before the class can be retaken.  The same penalty will be assessed if rescheduling is requested more than twice, even if it is done more than 14 days before class is to be held. No refunds will be given for students who simply fail to show up for a class.

CANCELLATION BY PERSONTYLE

If training is cancelled due to circumstances not under the control of the Persontyle, the student may elect to take a full refund or take a credit for the next available rescheduling of the class the student can attend.  Such circumstances include natural disasters and emergencies, severe weather conditions, airline strikes and power disruptions. If Persontyle has to cancel a class for any other reason less than 12 days before the start of training, the student may elect to take either a full refund or a credit for the next available rescheduling.  The cost of any non-refundable airline ticket change fees will be credited towards enrollment in the rescheduled class upon receipt of proof of unused non-refundable airline tickets.

SPECIAL NEEDS

If participants have special needs that need to be taken into account in the classroom environment, they should notify the Persontyle team two weeks in advance so any accommodating measures can be communicated to the training facility and to the instructor.

A web beacon is a string of code that provides a method for delivering a graphic image on a web page or in an email message for the purpose of transferring data, or determining how many times a specific web page has been viewed. Web beacons enable Persontyle Limited to recognize a browser’s cookie when a browser visits a Site, and to learn which banner ads bring users to each Site. For example, when a user visits a web page, the code for the page may include instructions to go to another server to gather a single pixel graphic image. Web beacons are not placed on a user’s computer, and users remain anonymous. To opt out of targeted advertising delivered by Persontyle Limited, or third party advertisers, users can opt to use freely available ad blocking software, to prevent ads from displaying in their browser. The Persontyle Limited does not promote or recommend any type of ad blocking software, nor guarantees that any of the Site services will remain fully functional if the user utilizes such software.
